Here are the steps for Where Winds Meet Walk on Water:

• First, players need to go to the map and under General's Shrine, look for the Melodies of Peace Oddity Collection. Once you are there, run to the tent and interact with the Qi Sheng. Make sure to submit the oddities.
• Following that, players need to open the map and walk around. You will see a butterfly icon in the mini map. Make sure to collect them. For the purple flowers, you need to use the bow to kill purple butterflies to use them. For Hive, you can use the fire arrow. Grasshoppers can be collected fast once you break them. For the Red Mushroom, you have to jump high to collect it.
