He slammed 181 runs and helped South Africa reach the semi-final of the tournament. If given the opportunity, he would be keen to cash in on the opportunity and lock his place in the side.

De Kock was expected to be the first-choice opener for the Mumbai Indians when the season began as counted among one of the best openers in the world.
