Neymar to rejoin MSN trio in Inter Miami? Brazilian star spotted hanging out with club owner David Beckham

David Beckham has gained attention on social media lately after his recent Instagram post alongside his wife Victoria and Brazilian star Neymar. The former Manchester United’s free-kick specialist put ‘Welcome to Miami my friend, love emoji (only for dinner)’ on the post’s caption, igniting a speculation of the Al Hilal player joinING Inter Miami in the future.

The post sparked massive reactionS from fans, narrating that there will be another chapter for MSN trio in MLS with Luis Suarez also playing there. However, the salary limit issue should be a serious concern for Beckham and his fellow co-owners Jose and Jorge Mas.

Financial concern in signing Neymar

Looking at Suarez’s case, the Uruguayan will only be paid  $200,000 a year in order to make it possible for him to reunite with Messi. Neymar is known for his pricey reputation on every transfer deal in the past, making the financial issue more complicated.

Beckham is known for his slow-but-sure approach, as he previously revealed about signing Lionel Messi to Miami. Based on how Messi and Miami joined handsy, it is almost impossible to think that Beckham and Neymar only talked about holidays in their latest meeting.

“I sneaked into Messi’s dad’s hotel about four years ago in Barcelona for a meeting with him and obviously, at that point, we weren’t ready to bring him in and he wasn’t ready to come,” Beckham recalling his secret meeting with Messi’s father in 2019. “I turned around to his dad and said, ‘We want your son, we want him to come to Miami when he’s ready, and if that’s a possibility’.

We continued the conversations, and with my partners, Jorge Mas and Jose [Mas], we just worked on it for about four years.”

David Beckham wants only best players

Beckham is an ambitious person, especially in his football executive career. It has been his intention to bring high-quality players to the club he runs alongside his business partners.

“When I started this journey, ten years ago, announcing that I was starting a team in Miami, my vision was always to bring the best players,” Beckham said via Express. “I suppose as an owner of a team, you always want to bring in the best players, but the chance of bringing in the best, is difficult and always challenging.”

Neymar still has his contract active with Al Hilal until the summer of 2025, meaning there is still a year if Beckham really wants to materialise the transfer. Neymar is undergoing treatment for his series of injuries, having been absent since last October.
