While the legendary midfielder seemed completely disinterested earlier, it seems that he has softened his stand and is ready to now hear Barcelona’s offer.

According to famous sports journalist Fabrizio Romano, Xavi is set to meet Barcelona club president Joan Laporta, sporting director Deco and board members Rafa Yuste and Echeverria tonight. The meeting will take place at Laporta’s residence in Barcelona and could offer a clear picture regarding Xavi’s future at Barcelona and the club’s direction for next season.

As of now, La Blaugrana seem adamant on retaining the legendary manager at the club and haven’t initiated talks with any other manager to replace Xavi at the end of the LaLiga season. Tonight might offer both sides and even fans a better idea of where things stand.
