Corporate World Cup Dates, Teams and Registration Process

The Corporate World Cup 2026-27 will bring together corporate cricket teams from across India in a nationwide competition based around a city-based qualification format. The Pro Corporate League (PCL) is conducting the tournament and has organised corporate cricket competitions for several years. The programme is expected to cover 24 cities, with up to eight corporate teams from each city.

The organisers have also introduced a sector-based participation model, allowing only one team from a particular business sector to occupy a city slot, depending on availability. The Corporate World Cup campaign officially entered its launch phase with the trophy and tournament launch event on September 20, 2026, at Radisson Gurugram, Udyog Vihar.

The city-level qualification rounds are scheduled to begin in September 2026, with the participating locations divided into two batches. The first batch includes cities such as Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Bengaluru, Chandigarh, Nagpur, Bhubaneswar and Indore, while the second group features cities including Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Ahmedabad and Jaipur. The qualification period will continue into 2027 as teams compete for places in the next stage.

Corporate World Cup Dates

The important dates and qualification windows currently announced for the Corporate World Cup are:

• September 20, 2026: Corporate World Cup launch and trophy event in Gurugram.
• September 2026: Start of the qualification programme for the first group of cities.
• September 2026 to February 2027: Qualification window for cities including Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Bengaluru, Chandigarh, Nagpur, Bhubaneswar, Indore, Patna, Surat, Vadodara and Ranchi.
• November 2026 to April 2027: Qualification period for cities such as Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Lucknow, Bhopal, Kanpur, Dehradun and Patiala.
• After the city stage: The leading two teams from each participating city will progress to the next stage of the competition.
• Corporate World Cup Finals: The final dates are yet to be officially announced.

Corporate World Cup Teams

The tournament is focused on teams representing companies, and each participating city can accommodate up to eight teams, with the qualification campaign comprising 18 matches. At the end of the city-level competition, the top two teams from each city will advance towards the national Corporate World Cup pathway.

With 24 cities involved, the format could accommodate as many as 192 corporate teams during the qualification stage. The exact Corporate World Cup Finals date has not yet been announced. The standard corporate team package is listed at ₹5 lakh plus GST, while Mumbai has a separate package priced at ₹7.40 lakh plus GST.

The 24 cities included in the planned qualification programme are Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Bengaluru, Chandigarh, Nagpur, Bhubaneswar, Indore, Patna, Surat, Vadodara, Ranchi, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Bhopal, Chennai, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Patiala, Dehradun and Kanpur.

Corporate World Cup Registration Process

Companies interested in entering the competition can complete the registration process through the designated Corporate World Cup and Pro Corporate League platforms. The process involves:

• Visit the official Corporate World Cup or Pro Corporate League registration platform.
• Select the option for corporate team registration.
• Choose the city where the company wants to participate.
• Check the availability of the preferred business sector and city slot.
• Enter the required company and team information in the registration form.
• Complete the eligibility and verification requirements set by the organisers.
• Secure the selected city and sector position once the registration is approved.
• Pay the applicable participation fee to confirm the team's entry.
• The standard team package is ₹5 lakh plus GST, while the Mumbai package is listed at ₹7.40 lakh plus GST.
• Participate in the 18-match city qualification campaign.
• Win enough points and matches to finish among the top two teams in the respective city.
• Successful teams then move forward into the next stage of the Corporate World Cup.
