PSL 2027 Schedule, Dates, Venues, Teams and All You Need to Know

The HBL Pakistan Super League (PSL) 2027 will mark the 12th edition of Pakistan’s premier T20 league, which is among the biggest cricket leagues and is expected to continue with an eight-team format. The competition expanded to eight franchises in 2026 with the arrival of Hyderabad Kingsmen and Rawalpindiz, taking the tournament to 44 matches. Under the expanded format, every team plays 10 league matches before the top sides advance to the playoffs.

The PSL 2027 schedule is yet to be officially announced, meaning the proposed dates should be considered tentative at this stage. The March 19 to May 2, 2027 window is being considered for the tournament, with the opening match potentially taking place on March 19 at Gaddafi Stadium. If that window is finalised, PSL 2027 would span roughly six weeks and conclude with the final on May 2.

The expected format could feature 40 league-stage matches, followed by a Qualifier, two Eliminators and the final. Evening matches are expected to begin around 7:00 PM PKT, while Sunday afternoon fixtures could start at approximately 2:30 PM PKT. The PSL 2027 venue distribution could be between Lahore and Karachi based on the structure used for the 2026 season, and remains subject to confirmation. Let's have a look at the probable PSL 2027 schedule.
