India's White-ball Tour of England 2026 Announced: Check the Full Schedule

India will visit England again in July 2026, but this time for a white ball series tour. The tour will include five T20 Internationals and three One Day Internationals (ODIs) as announced by the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) on Thursday, July 24.

The India-England white-ball series will kick off on July 1 and end on July 19. The T20I series will be held from July 1 to July 11, following the ODI series which will start on July 14 and finish on July 19. Both the T20I and the ODI series are expected to be exciting given the huge amount of talent these sides possess.

ENG vs IND 2026 Schedule

According to the ENG vs IND 2026 schedule, the first game will be played on July 1, 2026. Interestingly, the ENG vs IND 2026 venues will be different for each game. The first T20I of the India tour of England 2026 will be played at the Riverside Ground in Durham. The second T20I will be held at Old Trafford in Manchester while the third match will take place in Nottingham. The last two T20Is will be played in Bristol and Southampton respectively.

After the T20I series, the two teams will move to the ODI format which will begin at Edgbaston, Birmingham. The next ODI will be in Cardiff, and the final match will be played at Lord’s in London. India’s men’s cricket team last played white-ball cricket in England in July 2022. During that tour, they won both the T20I and ODI series by a margin of 2-1, respectively.

Before hosting India, England will play a three-match Test series against New Zealand. The series begins on June 4 at Lord’s. The second Test will be at The Oval and the third at Trent Bridge, Nottingham. After the India series, Pakistan will visit England in August for a three match Test series, followed by Sri Lanka in September for three T20Is and three ODIs.

Women’s Cricket in Spotlight

The 2026 summer is also big for women’s cricket. The ICC Women’s T20 World Cup will be hosted in England. This will be the first time England is hosting the tournament since 2009. The ECB is excited about this major event. Chief Executive Richard Gould called it the “highlight of the summer.” He said it’s a big moment for women’s cricket and a chance to inspire young fans.

England Women will also play a Test match at Lord’s for the first time. This historic match will be part of their series against India Women. Along with the men’s team, India Women will tour England in July 2026 too. They will play three T20Is and one Test match. The Test will be played at Lord’s starting July 10.

Currently, India men's cricket team is playing a Test series against England. However, the BCCI and the ECB decided not to stretch the tour and came to a conclusion that the white-ball series will be played next year. Both India and England are two of the top teams in white-ball cricket with several experience and talented players.
