Krafton India Esports Announces a Massive Prize Pool For BMPS 2026

Battlegrounds Mobile Pro Series, aka BMPS, the second event in the annual BGMI Esports cycle, will be underway next month. This is one of the most important events in the BGMI Esports calendar, as it is the gateway to EWC. The winners of the tournament will bear the Indian flag at the PUBG Mobile World Cup. The organisers have finally unveiled some of the important details of BMPS 2026, like the start date and prize pool. Check them below.

BMPS 2026 to have one of the Highest Prize Pools

Krafton India Esports took to their official X handle to announce the prize pool of Battlegrounds Mobile Pro Series (BMPS) 2026. The BMPS 2026 prize pool is a whopping 2 crore INR. Although the prize pool is substantially less than that of BGIS 2026, which was 4 crore INR, but its still good considering it's an invite-only event.

The prize pool is the same as the previous edition of the tournament organised in New Delhi. This edition of BMPS will be hosted at Jaipur for the very first time. BMPS 2026 will feature the top BGMI teams in the country, such as the likes of Soul, Orangutan, Godlike and Jonathan Gaming's new team, Apex Gaming.

BMPS 2026 Starts in May 2026

Krafton India Esports also announced the BMPS 2026 start date in the same tweet. The event will get underway on March 6, 2026. The official schedule of the tournament is yet to be announced.

The tournament is going to feature 64 invited BGMI teams, including the last edition BMPS winners, Team Aryan x TMG. As per reports, these teams will be divided into four different groups.
