BMSD 2026 Have Their Dates and Venues Locked In

Krafton India Esports has officially announced the next BGMI tournament of this calendar year. BMSD 2026 is next on the list of official tournaments. BMSD 2026 is set to be the largest edition of this tournament, and it will run over a month. While the winners will head to PMGC 2026, the teams finishing in the top 8 will get a slot in BMIC 2026. BMSD 2026 Action Begins in September

Battlegrounds Mobile India Showdown 2026 is set to commence in September 2026. This is going to be the biggest and longest edition of the tournament, with multiple stages being played over a month. Krafton India Esports announced the official BMSD 2026 date, and it will be hosted between September 22, 2026 and October 18, 2026.

Not only the BMSD 2026 date, but the total prize pool has also reportedly surfaced online. The third official BGMI tournament of the year will be worth 1 crore INR. BMSD 2026 will feature the top 48 BGMI teams based on Krafton India Power Rankings.

BMPS 2026 Schedule

BMSD 2026 will follow a similar format to BMPS 2026, where the 48 teams will initially be divided into three groups. All teams will play promotion and relegation matches during the first three weeks, followed by the Survival Stage, Semi-finals, Last Chance and Grand Finals. • Week 2: Promotion/Relegation round: September 25-27
• Week 3: Promotion/Relegation round: September 28-30
• Upper Bracket Survival Stage: October 1-3

• Semi-Finals: October 8-11
• Last Chance Qualifiers: October 12-13
• Grand Finals: October 16-18

BMSD 2026 To Have The Same Host as the Previous Edition

The initial rounds of BMSD 2026 will be played online. Some reports hint that, the finals will be a full-blown LAN event. Hyderabad is set to be the official BMSD 2026 venue, in charge of hosting the finals.

This is not the first time that Hyderabad's Tesseract Arena is going to host an official Krafton tournament, having already hosted the last edition of Battlegrounds Mobile India Showdown. However, BMSD 2026 location may not have a live crowd this time around. This detail will only be confirmed once Krafton India Esports releases an official announcement.
