The Brazilian league might not be included in the FC 26 due to an unresolved licensing issue. The news was dropped after an active social media content creator about EA FC talked with insiders on the EA FC creator network.

The Brazilian League last appeared in the FIFA 16 version before the trouble of licensing started. Due to this, it hasn't returned to the EA for more than a decade. According to a very reliable source in @DonkTrading, the Brazilian league might not be coming to the FC 26. The post noted, “Licensing issue is difficult & unrealistic as of now (@VovinhoFUT interview w/ EA Dev)”. The post also adds that EA FC is actively working on making the deal possible, but it looks difficult to complete.

The content creator in question is @VovinhoFUT, an active EA FC content creator with more than 34k YouTube followers. He is in constant talks with insiders in EA creator networks. He is also one of the EA creators who had his face scanned for the potential new FC 26 mode, which will see the influencers in the game. The Portuguese content creator reported the news on 24th July. He also comments under this post, saying,

As expected, the fans are rightfully disappointed by the news. The EA has not done itself a favor by not expanding the game in the last two versions.
