According to the official notes provided in the May Feedback Update FC 26, the developers have made changes to Bruiser vs Attributes, Shoulder Challenge Outcomes, and Challenges from Behind. The shoulder challenges were heavily favoring the tackler when using Bruiser. The new Feeback Update makes the following changes:

Bruiser vs Attributes

The Boost from Bruiser and Bruiser+ has been slightly reduced.
A new matching boost has been added for dribblers with Enforcer or Enforcer+.

The new update creates fairer head-to-head interactions rather than one-sided outcomes.

Shoulder Challenge Outcomes

Weaker players can still get knocked off balance by strong tacklers at wider angles.
Stronger dribblers no longer get overpowered by weak tacklers.

With developers having improved players' reactions, you will have a better chance of recovering possession if you're the stronger one.

Challenges from Behind

The system will now predict player movement slightly ahead.
The challenge will be cancelled if it detects back contact.

Improving detection for situations where a shoulder challenge might hit from behind will reduce frustrating or unfair tackles.
