A recent post from @afcasiancup has confirmed the news on EA Sports FC receiving the official license for the International tournament. The official dates, however, haven't been mentioned. Considering the fact that the tournament will commence from January 7 to February 5, 2027, there's a high chance this will be integrated into FC 27. Therefore, FC 27 AFC Asian Cup is very much possible.

While the confirmation about any official World Cup mode remains in the shadows, the AFC Asian Cup in FC 27 brings a lot of hope for the franchise.
