For the first time with EA SPORTS FC 26, Nintendo Switch 2 players have nearly the same experience as players on other next-gen platforms. Also, Nintendo Switch 2 players will feel the improvements to dribbling responsiveness, improved AI position changes, realistic player animations and a range of all-new gameplay settings.

GameChat

An external USB-C compatible camera will also allow for the video chat feature and enable face-to-face conversations and shared viewing during gameplay. GameChat is free until March 31, 2026, after which a Nintendo Switch Online membership will be required.

GameShare

GameShare lets players add friends to a session, even if they do not own FC 26, as long as they own a compatible console. Up to three local players can join a host console, while one player may join online.
