EA Announces the Return of Liga MX in FC 27 and FC Mobile

EA Sports is dropping one massive announcement after another. The top Mexican football league has now been announced as a fully licensed league for the upcoming FC 27 title. It will also arrive in FC Mobile in a few months. Mexican football fans, its time for you to rejoice as FC 27 Liga MX return is now a reality, here are all the details.

Liga MX Returns in EA Sports Titles

The official Liga MX Twitter account announced the return of the Mexican top Division in EA Sports titles. FC 27 Liga MX return has brought a new level of excitement among players from Latin America. The official trailer announcing the return of Liga MX in FC 27 was posted on July 25, 2026.

Although the trailer did not feature any marquee player or clubs from the Mexican top division, the official licensing has guaranteed their return in-game. Football is more than just a sport in Mexico, and it is one of the most-followed leagues in North America; its licensing will bring more eyeballs to EA's next title, FC 27. Players will be able to use their favourite teams, play in official kits, and in stadiums with player models with real-life faces.

In addition to the console and PC, mobile players will also have the chance to experience Liga MX in FC Mobile. This means you can expect new events, cards and promos especially for clubs and players competing in this league. As of now, the FC Mobile Liga MX release date has not been announced.
