Gauntlet Mode's main objective is to test your Ultimate team in PvE matches where the difficulty of the AI opponents progressively increases.

As you play and win matches, you collect Star Shards as rewards. Accumulating a substantial amount of Star Shards lets you exchange them for cards that already exist in the game in various events.

Each match brings a unique challenge, where you have to play through a certain section of the game and score a specific number of goals to clear it. Play PvE Matches

To put it simply, FC Mobile Gauntlet mode features PvE matches. The difficulty of the AI opponents will rise progressively. You start with ‘Beginner’ level difficulty, and it rises to Amateur and higher. The opposing teams also change every match.

In each match, your team gets special buffs called ‘Traits’. These buffs can give you advantages during matches by fulfilling the conditions. For example, if you score goals from a specific position on the field, they get doubled.

You need to accomplish the Match Target to complete the challenge. Once you complete it, repeat the process for all matches in a Gauntlet to get the rewards.

Challenge Rules

There is a set of rules that adds to the challenge of the Gauntlet Mode in FC Mobile. First up, you cannot play the same players in all matches. You need to rotate the players in your Ultimate team while playing the Gauntlet mode. Players have an Appearance Limit. You also have to complete all matches in one go.

If you start a player and go on to win the match with at least one star, an appearance of all the starting players will be consumed. Nodes can be reset at any time, as per your convenience, to retract the appearances of the players used. If the squad features any players with 0 appearances, you cannot proceed, and you can use the Auto Recommend function to rotate your squad.
