4 min
FC Mobile User Engagement Survey

Summary

  • EA is conducting a user engagement survey in FC Mobile for its players.
  • The developers plan to utilise user feedback to introduce new in-game events and content.

EA is currently conducting an FC Mobile User Engagement Survey for gamers to gather player feedback on the current state of play and upcoming content. Players opening the game are greeted with EA's message of participating in the survey to help the developers improve the game they love.

The survey, like most developer surveys, is targeted to help improve FC Mobile with personalized input, which can actually make a difference in the long run. The FC Mobile User Engagement Survey had some interesting questions, which, if implemented correctly, can help actually change the game!

EA Plans to Introduce New Game Modes in the Future, Besides Improving the Existing Event Structure

One of the community's most frustrating accusations towards FC Mobile is the repetitive event structure. Thankfully, EA is aware of the same as well. The FC Mobile Survey had exact questions on the live events structure, referring to whether events are boring, lacking content, and how they can be improved, with a new engaging format, or regional content.

Additionally, EA has also asked for inputs if players will be interested in playing new game modes in FC Mobile and what they could possibly be. From the survey, this is the list of possible game modes EA shared:

  • Be a Legend: Third-person action RPG gameplay similar to Player Career modes.
  • Duo & Multiplayer Mode: Co-Op Multiplayer gameplay, where you can team up with your friends in 2v2 multiplayer matches.
  • Football Auto Chess: Build your ultimate team, upgrade your players, and win matches using unique tactics and formations similar to EA's discontinued FC Tactical.
  • Ultimate Gauntlet: Face consecutive PvE matches, with each match requiring a unique squad. The gauntlet format was previously used in PvP POTW Tournaments during EA's FIFA Mobile days.
  • Rush Mode: Play quick, fast-paced 3v3 or 5v5 matches similar to the Volta Mode from EA's console counterpart.
  • UGC: Complete customised gameplay, where you can create your own skill games and share them in forums.
  • Street Football: Similar to Rush, but you will be playing in 3v3 fast-paced matches, where making unique combos and showing off skills takes the upper hand over playing simulation matches.
  • Party Football: Casual game mode, where you can play mini-games and skill games while relaxing with your friends.

Although all these sound interesting, players should remember that these are still only at the discussion level with the devs yet to commit to anything. And as far as new events, the FC Mobile The World's Game Event is coming once the TOTS event ends.

New Brand Collabs Could Be Arriving at FC Mobile in the Coming Days

EA also hinted at possible brand collaborations coming to FC Mobile in the future. If you have played eFootball in the past, you should be aware of anime crossovers in football titles, with KONAMI frequently collaborating with popular IPs, including Blue Lock, Captain Tsubasa, and the recent eFootball x Naruto campaign.

EA plans to follow the same route as per its FC Mobile Survey! The developers are actually thinking of making collaborations with comic books, movies, anime, or even other titles, and asking our feedback on the same.

Furthermore, they have also asked about the type of collab content players will enjoy in the game, be it special themed kits, player cards, or just themed events and matches related to the IP. Besides the new IPs, the FC Mobile collabs can also involve football streamers, brands, and shows, including the ever-popular CBS Sports Golazo.

EA has already provided events based specifically on the Premier League, La Liga, and MLS in the past, thanks to its wide range of licensing portfolio. With the survey, the developers could expand their licensing to more domestic leagues worldwide!

While the survey does provide some hope for the gamers, all the provided points are still in an ideation state, and EA hasn't confirmed anything about them. That shouldn't discourage you from filling out the FC Mobile User Engagement Survey, though, as this time your vote does count in bringing a significant change in the game.
