The latest card of the former Barcelona defender is going to be released on January 19, 2026, as revealed by one of the data miners, @ct_efootball. The tweet was made on January 16, 2026, at 12:44 AM IST.

As can be seen from the tweet, the new Gerard Piqué card can be trained up to 29 levels. The card also has two rare skills and a default booster. The new eFootball Epic Gerard Piqué came in the latest European Club Guardians pack, consisting of other defenders like Denis Irwin and Massimo Ambrosini. You will need a bit of luck to get Piqué from this pack of 150 players featuring many highlight and standard cards.

The new epic Gerard Piqué is very solid defensively, be it in the air or on the ground. He will win a large number of duels against the best CFs in eFootball (the likes of Ronaldo, Eto and Karl-Heinz Rummenigge). With two rare skills, ‘Aerial Fort’ and ‘Long Reach Tackle’ Pique can defend both cross-spamming and dribbling merchants. At 194 cm, he is tall but still very decent on the ball, which means his movements will not feel heavy, and you can hold possession with him.

Gerard Piqué is going to play primarily as a CB. The main problem with him is his slow face and less explosiveness, that doesnt suit the current meta in the game. His awareness is elite, so he will get into the correct spots but may struggle to catch flashy forwards like Mbappe, Eto and Bale if they run past him.
