The new version brought with it a bunch of new features like managers, cards, stadiums and a lot more. The second patch of this version has introduced a new campaign into the game. The campaign has been termed the 'European Club Championship' campaign. This campaign is scheduled to run from September 4th, 2025 and will run for two weeks.

The 'European Club Championship' campaign has introduced a new mode as well as a new manager in the game. This campaign is speculated to introduce a new meta, due to the new link-up play style, which has arrived with the new manager. eFootball European Club Championship Campaign Announced

One of the official handles of the game, @Peshubapp, took to its official X (formerly Twitter) handle to announce the new eFootball campaign. @Peshubapp posted the announcement on September 4th, 2025, at 7:10 AM UTC.

The tweet also disclosed the set of rewards you will receive during this campaign. From the looks of it, you will get both free rewards and rewards that need to be earned by completing various in-game objectives. The details of the entire campaign are given below.

eFootball European Club Championship Campaign Details

The eFootball European Club Championship Campaign will run between September 4th 2025, and September 18th 2025. This event has introduced new missions into the game, which can be achieved by completing matches against AI or a person. The user can earn GPs, skill tokens, position tokens and eFootball coins via this campaign by just playing matches. However, there are three modes which are not eligible for this mode, they are: Exhibition, Skill Up and Training.

The new campaign has introduced a new AI event where you can get a 5-star Nominating Contract card for free. The campaign has also introduced a new player vs player event and mode, where you can get some additional eFootball coins by defeating your opponents. The new PvP mode of this campaign shall see two players compete in a mini-match of only three minutes.

Apart from these, a new manager, Fabio Capello, has been introduced in the game. He is the third manager in the game with the 'Link-up' boost, following Jose Mourinho and Ruben Amorim. His link-up boost has been named 'Over the Top Pass A', which aligns with his playstyles of Long Ball and Long Ball counter.
