But if you look at last year's eFootball FIFAe World Cup, 18 countries ended up competing against each other. From the Asian continent, users saw India, Thailand, Saudi Arabia, South Korea, Japan, Indonesia, and Malaysia fight it out. England, France, Spain, Poland, the Netherlands, Portugal, and Turkey made up the European representatives.

Morocco represented Africa while North America was represented by Costa Rica and Brazil, and Argentina were present from South America. Players participated in regional-based Challenge Events and the best players then climbed the leaderboard and proceeded to each National Finals.
