To get supporters, you will have to play matches. The difficulty level of the matches and the final result determine the total supporters you gather.

The beginner-level difficulty gives 1,00,000 supporters, whereas at the 'Legend' difficulty, your club can make up to 1,60,000 supporters. When your club wins matches in manual play, the number of supporters is doubled. A few matches also include a bonus which can land you a few additional supporters.
