Pokémon GO is going to bring back one of the most renowned legendaries into the game. One of the members of 'Creation Trio', Palkia, has officially returned to the game. Palkia is also called the 'God of Space' in the Pokémon universe. As per the Pokémon lore, Palkia can control space and is responsible for maintaining stability in the Pokeverse. Palkia, along with Giratina and Dialga, forms the Sinnoh region's legendary creation trio.

Palkia will officially return to Pokémon GO. Trainers can battle against this legendary in the raid event. One of the most trusted sources in the Pokémon GO community, @LeekDuck, took to their socials to announce the return of Palkia. @LeekDuck posted the news on his X ( formerly Twitter) on September 1st, 2025, at 9:00 am UTC.

In addition, the tweet also revealed that the Origin form of Palkia will appear during the raid hours on September 3rd and a week later on September 10th. The legendary may also come equipped with one of the most powerful moves in the Pokémon universe: the Special Rend.
