The PMWC 2026 is around the corner. The biggest PUBG Mobile mid-season tournament will see all the top teams in action in Paris this summer. With record prize money and GC points at stake, the third edition of PMWC is looking set to be the best to date. PMWC 2026 Brings Massive Prize Pool

For the third consecutive edition, the prize pool of the PUBG Mobile World Cup is at an all-time high. The PMWC 2026 prize pool is $3,025,000 USD. The total PMWC 2026 Prize Pool is evenly distributed across multiple stages. Each stage of the tournament will have a fixed prize pool.

• Group Stage: $574,000 per group.
• Survival Stage: $152,000.
• Grand Finals: $1,700,000.

PMWC 2026 Schedule: All Stages

PMWC 2026 will be played in three stages. The competition will kick off with the Group Stages on August 6, 2026. The group stages will be played for 4 days, followed by the Survival Stage and Grand Finals. The Survival Stage will see two days of action, and the Grand Finals will be a three-day gala. Group Stage

Each of the two groups will play their matches on alternate days in PMWC 2026.

• Group A: August 6 and 8, 2026
• Group B: August 7 and 9, 2026

Survival Stage

The PMWC 2026 Survival Stage will be played mid-week on two days: August 11 and 12, 2026.

Grand Finals

The PMWC 2026 Grand Finals will take place over the weekend of August 14 and 16, 2026.

Meet the Teams Competing at PMWC 2026

The top 32 PUBG Mobile teams from around the globe will participate in PMWC 2026. The teams have been drawn into two groups for the initial stages. There are teams from every region: Europe, Asia, Africa, Americas, China, India and KRJP. Former PMWC Champions Alpha7 Esports and reigning champions Yangoon Galacticos have been drawn into the same group.

The PMWC 2026 will also see Indian representation. Two Indian teams, Team Orangutan and Godlike Esports, will participate in PMWC 2026 from Groups A and B, respectively.

PMWC 2026 Features Smash Rule Format

There are three stages in PMWC 2026. The Group Stages will begin with 12 matches, and the top 5 teams from each group will advance to the Grand Finals. The bottom 3 teams will be eliminated, while the mid-pack will proceed to the Survival Stage. The Survival Stage will feature 12 matches, with the top 6 teams advancing to the Grand Finals, while the remaining teams will be eliminated.

The PMWC 2026 Grand Finals will have 18 matches in total. However, on the final day, the 'Smash Rule' will be enforced so we may get to see a winner before the set number of matches. As per the rule, on the final day, any team with the threshold points can become champions by taking a chicken dinner.
