Paul Pogba and AS Monaco drawn to face AJ Auxerre

The 2018 World Cup winner Paul Pogba, marked his return to professional football after two years of absence. He made a cameo in AS Monaco's 1-4 defeat against Stade Rennais, followed by another substitute appearance in an impressive 1-0 win over French Champions PSG in the French League.

AS Monaco have been drawn against league rivals AJ Auxerre, Les Rouge et Blanc are placed in Group A. The Frenchman, Pogba, who has played for Juventus, Manchester United in past, will be enthusiastic to secure playing time in Monaco vs Auxerre in the France's oldest competition.
