Scotland face North Macedonia in a UEFA Nations League Round 3 game here at the Todor Proeski National Arena. Both the national teams are going through a rough patch and will enter the fixture desperately looking for a positive result.

Scotland national football team veteran and captain, Andrew Robertson is all set to become only the second player in the nation's history to reach 100 international caps. Newly appointed coach Sebastien Pocognoli is still waiting to register his first victory since taking over the Tartan Army's reins. The team looked promising in their last game against the Switzerland, until a red card to defender Jack Hendry upset their plans, ending the game with a 0-3 score-line.

The Lynxes, on the other hand are on a five-game winless streak, with their last 3 games having ended in heavy defeats to Slovenia, Switzerland and Turkiye. Defense has been a constant headache for the North Macedonia football team as they have conceded an average of 3 goals per game in their last three fixtures. Not that their forward line is firing exactly, the team is yet to find the net following a five match barren run. It remains to be seen if they can turn the tables on a Scotland side looking for resurgence under new boss Pocognoli.
