Brazil vs India Live Streaming in Kerala & West Bengal: TV Channels Info

India will face five-time FIFA World Cup champions Brazil in a historic international friendly at the Vivekananda Yuba Bharati Krirangan, commonly known as Salt Lake Stadium, in Kolkata on Saturday, 3rd October, 2026. The fixture is the first senior men's international meeting between the two nations.

The Indian national football team opted to play a series of high-profile international friendlies against top footballing nations during this FIFA international window, with Brazil providing the biggest challenge of the lot.

India did provide their fans with some encouragement in their most recent outing, holding Panama to a 1-1 draw in Bengaluru. Ryan Williams opened the scoring in the 41st minute, before Panama equalised through Omar Valencia in the second half. The result marked India's first senior meeting with Panama and gave the Blue Tigers a positive result against a team that had competed at the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

The Brazil game therefore represents a historic occasion for Indian football, with the two nations going head-to-head for the first time and the Blue Tigers facing one of the most decorated teams in international football on home soil.

The Brazil national football team, on the other hand, are coming off a 4-2 win over Australia, after they were held to a 1-1 draw in the first game. If the first fixture against the Socceroos showed their inability to find the net despite creating several chances, the second fixture was just the opposite.

They did win the game ultimately, but loopholes in the defensive structure continue to be visible, something India need to exploit by being clinical in front of the goal.
