Vardy Becomes First English Player to Win Serie A POTM Award

Jamie Vardy wins award again, and as we all know, whenever he wins an award, it leads to creating or breaking some sort of record. The forward won the Serie A Player of the Month for November, ahead of AC Milan goalkeeper Mike Maignan, Lautaro Martinez, David Neres, and Leo Ostigard. This might be a bit special among the other Jamie Vardy awards, barring the Premier League title, as he became the first English player to win this award since its introduction in 2019.

In November, Jamie Vardy played all of Cremonese's four games, helping them earn a total of six points. He has now scored four goals for his new club in 10 games and is the oldest goalscorer in the history of the club.
