The Supercoppa Italiana 2025 will have three matches — two semi-final fixtures and a final between the winners of the semi-finals. The Supercoppa italiana venue is Al Nassr's home ground, Al-Awwal Park in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, as all the matches will be played at the same venue.

• In the second encounter, Bologna is taking on Inter Milan, and the kick-off time is 19.00 GMT on Friday, December 19.
• The final match is scheduled on 22nd December 2025, between the winners of the first and second semi-final knockouts.

Note: There will be no extra time following the designated 90 minutes. The game will go straight to a penalty shootout to decide the winner.
