Preview

  • Tournament: UEFA Nations League
  • Date: Friday, Nov 15
  • Kick-off Time: 07:45 pm GMT
  • Venue: Letzigrund, Switzerland

Switzerland’s national football team will welcome Serbia in the group-stage clash of the Nations League campaign at the Letzigrund. Both teams had a polar opposite start to the Nations League campaign and are looking for a win for very different reasons.

Just like their drastic performance in the European Championships this summer, Serbia’s national football team have continued with the same form heading into the Nations League. Dragan Stojkovic’s side are six points behind group-leaders Spain and have only lost two of their last six games in all competitions.

Meanwhile, Switzerland’s national football team started their Nations League campaign on a poor note and are currently sitting at the bottom of their respective group without registering a win. The Euro 2024 quarter-finalists will aim to get their maiden win of the campaign.

Switzerland vs Serbia Prediction

Switzerland’s national football team has made a drastic start to their Nations League campaign, as they have picked up only a point from their four opening fixtures. They are yet to register their first win of the competition and have conceded ten goals in their last four games. They are winless in their last five games and are coming off a 2-2 draw with Denmark from their last game.

Serbia’s national football team has made a mixed start to their Nations League campaign and will not have a better chance to win three points against a struggling Swiss side. The visiting side are coming off a 3-0 defeat to Spain in their last game and have now picked up four points from their four opening fixtures. The Eagles are third in their group, so a victory on Friday night would put them in an interesting position on the table.

Predicted Score: Switzerland 2-1 Serbia
