Goalkeeper

Alphonse Areola - 9.5: An absolutely phenomenal performance from the Frenchman. Despite conceding two goals, he was the only reason West Ham left with a point. He made a staggering 10 saves, including eight from inside the box. What stood out to us was his incredible assist for one of the goals, a truly rare feat. He was a colossal presence between the sticks, commanding his area with authority. Without him, this would have been a heavy defeat.

Defenders

Maximilian Kilman - 5.5: A difficult day at the office for Kilman. He conceded a penalty that shifted the momentum of the game entirely. While he made a high number of clearances, he looked unsettled throughout. His passing was off, losing possession eight times. He just never seemed comfortable against Bournemouth's resurgent attack.

Igor Julio - 6.0: A mixed bag for Igor. He was a clearance machine, booting the ball away nine times. However, he was part of a defensive unit that crumbled under second-half pressure. He won his only duel, but his distribution was poor and he struggled to contain the wave of attacks. An okay performance, but not one to write home about.

Jean-Clair Todibo - 6.5: Todibo provided an assist which bumps up his rating significantly. He also made a crucial last-man tackle. However, he was booked and looked vulnerable at times. From our perspective, he was often caught between making a challenge and holding his position. He lost the majority of his duels which is a concern for a central defender.

Midfielders

El Hadji Malick Diouf - 5.5: A very tough outing for the midfielder. He lost possession an alarming 18 times and his passing accuracy was extremely low. While he made a lot of clearances, his primary job is to control the midfield, and he failed to do that. He was overrun in the second half, unable to stem the Bournemouth tide. A day to forget.

Aaron Wan-Bissaka - 5.0: We noticed he was playing in an unfamiliar midfield role, and it showed. He committed four fouls and picked up a yellow card, looking completely out of sorts. He offered little going forward and was a liability defensively. A really poor performance that highlighted his limitations outside of his natural full-back position.

Freddie Potts - 6.0: Potts put in a shift, but it was largely ineffective. He won a decent number of duels and drew three fouls, showing his willingness to get stuck in. However, his influence on the ball was minimal, and he struggled to provide any creative spark. A hardworking but ultimately anonymous display.

Mateus Fernandes - 7.0: Looked like one of West Ham's better players before being substituted on 74 minutes. He was solid on the ball, recovering it seven times and boasting a high pass completion rate. We were surprised to see him taken off, as he was providing some much-needed composure in the middle of the park.

Forwards

Callum Wilson - 8.5: Absolutely clinical in the first half. He took his two chances with lethal precision, putting his team in a commanding position. His substitution early in the second half felt like a major turning point. West Ham lost their cutting edge the moment he left the pitch. A great performance from the striker.

Luís Guilherme - 6.0: His afternoon was cut short by injury just before halftime. In his 46 minutes, he showed some neat touches and had decent pass accuracy. He didn't have enough time to make a significant impact on the game, but he didn't do much wrong either. It's hard to judge him properly.

Jarrod Bowen - 7.5: The captain led by example, running himself into the ground for the cause. He won an incredible 10 duels and was a constant nuisance for the Bournemouth defence. He was let down by a lack of service in the second half. His work rate was immense, but he couldn't drag his team over the line.

Manager

N. Simões Espírito Santo - 5.0: His team collapsed. After a brilliant start, they threw away a two-goal lead. From our perspective, his decision to substitute goalscorer Callum Wilson was a major error that invited pressure. They lost all control and were lucky to escape with a draw, thanks mainly to their goalkeeper.

Djordje Petrovic - 6.0: A strange game for the keeper. He conceded two early goals and couldn't do much about either of them. The stats show he wasn't forced into a single save after that. He distributed the ball perfectly but was largely a spectator as his team dominated the second half.

Defenders

Adrien Truffert - 7.5: A fantastic attacking display from the full-back. He was a constant threat down the left, delivering 18 crosses and creating four chances for his teammates. He was caught out defensively a couple of times in the first half but more than made up for it with his offensive output. A driving force in the comeback.

Lewis Cook - 7.0: The captain was instrumental in the midfield battle. He dictated the tempo with 95 passes and created five chances. He was the hub of everything good Bournemouth did, constantly looking for a forward pass. A real leader's performance when his team needed it most.
