Bolivia 1-0 Brazil Player Ratings: Miguel Terceros 9/10 Rated as Sole Penalty Goal Secures Shock 1-0 Win for Bolivia

Summary
What a display of determination and hard work Bolivia showed today against Brazil at Estadio Municipal El Alto. From the starting whistle, they were dominating the possession, leaving Brazil helpless. While the Brazilian team were clearly struggling with the altitude, they were the second-best team throughout the contest. The match was decided by a single, crucial moment just before the halftime whistle. The decisive goal came from the penalty spot. A clumsy challenge from Brazil's Bruno Guimarães on Roberto Fernández gifted Bolivia the opportunity. Miguelito stepped up and coolly converted, as the whole stadium went crazy. It was a moment that defined the entire match and left Brazil with a mountain to climb.
What stood out to us was Brazil's struggle to adapt to the conditions and break down a very organized Bolivian side. Despite making a handful of second-half changes, they couldn't find the cutting edge needed to find an equalizer. Bolivia, on the other hand, defended with immense heart and always looked threatening on the counter. This was a famous night for Bolivia and a deeply concerning one for Brazil. Here are the Bolivia vs Brazil player ratings.

Here are the Brazil player ratings.
Goalkeeper
Alisson - 7.0: The captain could do nothing about the penalty. He made four saves throughout the game, including a fantastic stop to deny Robson Matheus in the second half. What stood out to us was his composure, but he was ultimately let down by his defence and midfield.
Defenders
Vitinho - 6.0: A mixed bag of a performance from the right-back. He looked okay going forward in the early stages, but was caught out of position a few times. From our perspective, he struggled with the pace of Bolivia's wingers and was substituted after an hour.
Fabrício Bruno - 5.5: A difficult evening for the centre-back. He made a few important clearances but also looked shaky under pressure. He picked up a yellow card for a cynical foul and never seemed truly comfortable against Bolivia's quick attacks.
Alexsandro - 5.0: A very poor performance. His error led directly to a shot, which is unforgivable at this level. He looked nervous on the ball and committed a couple of needless fouls. We noticed he struggled to build play from the back effectively.
Caio Henrique - 6.0: Offered very little going forward, which is unlike him. Defensively, he was solid enough, but Brazil needed more from their full-backs. He was tidy in possession with a 97% pass accuracy, but lacked any real penetration in the final third.

Midfielders
Bruno Guimarães - 4.5: The villain of the piece for Brazil. His clumsy challenge gave away the penalty that decided the game. On top of that, he picked up a yellow card and lost possession eight times. A night to forget for the midfielder, whose mistake cost his team dearly.
Lucas Paquetá - 6.0: He was busy and involved, but nothing came off for him. He took a shot that flew wide and committed a couple of fouls out of frustration. From our perspective, he tried to make things happen but lacked the final product to unlock the Bolivian defence.
Andrey Santos - 6.5: One of the few bright sparks in a dull Brazil side. He created a great chance for Luiz Henrique and was tidy in his defensive duties with three tackles. However, he was dribbled past three times and eventually substituted as Brazil chased the game.
Forwards
Richarlison - 5.0: Completely anonymous. What stood out to us was his lack of involvement, with just 10 touches in 61 minutes. He offered no threat and it was no surprise to see him taken off. A really disappointing display.
Luiz Henrique - 6.5: Looked like Brazil's most likely source of a goal in the first half. He had a good shot saved by the keeper and was always looking to take on his man. He faded a bit before being substituted, but it was a decent effort.
Samuel Lino - 5.5: Similar to Richarlison, he just couldn't get into the game. He had a few nice touches but offered very little end product. He was another who was rightly substituted as Brazil looked for answers.

Substitutes
Estêvão - 6.0: Came on and looked lively, drawing a couple of fouls but couldn't provide the spark Brazil needed.
Marquinhos - 6.0: Shored things up at the back slightly after coming on, but the damage was already done.
João Pedro - 5.5: Had a shot blocked but otherwise made little impact up front.
Raphinha - 6.0: Provided a bit more directness than the starters. Had a late shot saved but couldn't find a way through.
Jean Lucas - N/A: Came on late and didn't have enough time to influence the game.
Manager
C. Ancelotti - 5.0: His team selection and tactics failed to work. Brazil looked flat, uninspired, and unable to cope with the altitude or Bolivia's defensive setup. His second-half substitutions changed little, and he will face serious questions after this embarrassing defeat.

Beyond the goal, he was Bolivia's main creative force, creating three chances and having seven shots. The highest-rated player on the pitch, he was a constant threat and the hero of the night.
Enzo Monteiro - 6.5: He worked tirelessly as the focal point of the attack. While he didn't get many chances himself, his hold-up play was vital for bringing others into the game. He battled hard against Brazil's defenders until he was substituted.
Moises Paniagua - 8.0: What a talent. He was a joy to watch with the ball at his feet, completing two dribbles and creating three key passes. His link-up play with Miguelito was excellent, and he was a constant thorn in Brazil's side.
