Kauã Santos - 5.0: A truly difficult evening for the young keeper. He conceded three goals, but in truth, he had little chance with any of them. They were clinical strikes. What was more concerning from our perspective was his distribution. He lost possession 19 times and his long ball accuracy was just 13%. He looked rattled under Bayern's press.

Defenders

Arthur Theate - 5.5: He was part of a backline that was torn apart. While he didn't make any glaring errors, he was largely ineffective. He struggled to contain the movement of Bayern's forwards. We noticed he was often chasing shadows, unable to impose himself on the game at all. A passive performance.

Robin Koch - 6.0: The captain fought bravely against a rising tide. He made three crucial blocked shots and five clearances, showing his commitment. However, as the leader of the defense, he has to take responsibility for the lack of organization. He won most of his duels but it wasn't enough to stem the flow.

Nathaniel Brown - 5.5: He put in a shift defensively, winning seven duels and making four successful tackles. Despite his efforts, he was constantly on the back foot. Bayern's relentless attacks down his flank meant he could offer nothing going forward. He was pinned back for the entire game.
