Kairat 0-5 Real Madrid Player Ratings: Kylian Mbappé Rated 10/10 as Real Madrid Crush Kairat in UCL

Kairat vs Real Madrid Player Ratings

Real Madrid delivered a ruthless reminder of their European pedigree on Tuesday night, dismantling Kazakh champions Kairat 5–0 in a one-sided Champions League group stage clash at the Astana Arena.

From the first whistle, it was clear the Spanish giants meant business. Kairat, despite the home support and some early flashes of ambition, were quickly overwhelmed by Madrid’s intensity, precision, and star power.

The breakthrough came in the 24th minute when 16-year-old Franco Mastantuono won a penalty after a mazy run into the box. Kylian Mbappé stepped up and coolly converted from the spot to open the scoring. While the floodgates didn’t burst open immediately, the pressure never let up.

The second half saw Madrid shift into another gear. A stunning long ball from goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois set Mbappé free for his second, a goal that visibly deflated the home side. The French star then completed his hat-trick with a thunderous strike from distance, underlining why he remains one of the most feared forwards in the world.

Late goals from substitutes Eduardo Camavinga and Brahim Díaz added further gloss to the scoreline, as Madrid cruised to a win that will send a strong message to the rest of Europe.

For Kairat, it was a sobering night. For Real Madrid, it was business as usual — ruthless, elegant, and utterly dominant. Here are Sportsdunia's Kairat vs Real Madrid Player Ratings:

Kairat Player Ratings vs Real Madrid

Here are Kairat Player Ratings from the Real Madrid vs Kairat UCL match:

Goalkeeper

Sherkhan Kalmurza - 4.5: A very tough night for the keeper. He did make five saves, including a couple of decent stops. However, conceding five goals and giving away the penalty that opened the scoring is impossible to ignore. He looked overwhelmed by the quality of Madrid's finishing.

Defenders

Luís Mata - 5.0: Tried to get forward and even had a couple of shots on target. He created two chances, which is commendable. Defensively though, he was part of a backline that was torn apart time and time again. It was a thankless task.

Aleksandr Martynovich - 4.5: The captain led a defence that shipped five goals. He made a good number of clearances and tackles, but was ultimately powerless against the movement of Madrid's attack. Looked a step off the pace all evening. What a difficult job he had.

Egor Sorokin - 5.0: He was busy, to say the least, with eight clearances and three interceptions. He even created a big chance. But, like his partners, he was part of a unit that was comprehensively beaten. The stats show effort, but the result tells the story.

Erkin Tapalov - 4.5: A quiet and difficult game for the defender. He was hooked after 65 minutes having struggled to contain the threat down his flank. Made a few interceptions but was mostly chasing shadows before his substitution.

Midfielders

Damir Kasabulat - 5.0: He just couldn't get a foothold in the game. The midfield battle was completely lost. Was dribbled past three times and lost possession frequently. Not his finest hour, but he was up against world-class opposition.

Ofri Arad - 4.5: Looked aggressive and won a decent number of duels, but his game was littered with fouls and he picked up a deserved yellow card. Substituted after 64 minutes, his indiscipline was a liability Kairat couldn't afford.

Aleksandr Mrynskiy - 5.0: Worked hard but with little to show for it. He was a passenger for large parts of the game as Madrid's midfield completely dominated proceedings. Four clearances show he was doing defensive work, but offered little else.

Valeriy Gromyko - 6.0: One of the few Kairat players who looked like they might make something happen. He was energetic, won all his tackles, and had a couple of shots. However, his final product was lacking and he picked up a yellow card. A bright spark in a dark performance.

Forwards

Jorginho - 5.5: He showed some decent touches and link-up play in his 65 minutes on the pitch. Created a chance but didn't manage to test the keeper. It was a struggle to get any real service or make an impact against such a solid defence.

Dastan Satpaev - 5.0: He had a few opportunities, including a big chance missed. His movement was okay, but his finishing was not up to scratch. Being caught offside just summed up a frustrating evening for the forward before being subbed.

Substitutes

Olzhas Baybek - 5.0: Came on but couldn't change the flow of the game.

Edmilson - 5.0: Brought on for the final 25 minutes with the game already lost.

Jug Stanojev - 5.0: Had little opportunity to influence the match.

Giorgi Zaria - 5.5: Looked okay and provided an assist for a shot late on.

Ricardinho - N/A: Came on too late to rate.

Manager

R. Urazbakhtin - 4.0: His team was set up in a way that just invited pressure. They were tactically outclassed from the first minute to the last. While the gulf in quality is huge, the team looked disorganized and unable to cope with Madrid's system. A night to forget for the manager.

Real Madrid Player Ratings vs Kairat

Here are Real Madrid Player Ratings from Kairat vs Real Madrid UCL match:

Goalkeeper

Thibaut Courtois - 8.5: An incredible performance. Not just for the four saves and the clean sheet, but for providing an assist for the second goal. That long, accurate pass was sublime. He was a calm and commanding presence, making saves look easy. A goalkeeper in top form.

Defenders

David Alaba - 7.0: A very quiet, comfortable evening for the Austrian. He was neat and tidy in possession with 90% pass accuracy and did what little defending was required of him without any fuss. An easy day at the office for him.

Raúl Asencio - 7.0: Solid and untroubled. He spent most of the match recycling possession and helping build attacks from the back. Kairat's attackers barely got a sniff against him. A professional display.

Fran García - 7.5: Got up and down the left flank well, offering an outlet. He was defensively sound and very secure on the ball, losing it only seven times. A really balanced performance, showing his maturity.

Dean Huijsen - 9.0: What a machine. From our perspective, he was almost as impressive as the hat-trick hero. He won an incredible 13 of 16 duels, made a last-man tackle, and was imperious in the air. A colossus at the back who also showed his quality on the ball. Absolutely outstanding.

Midfielders

Vinicius Junior - 6.5: A strange game for the captain. He was involved in a lot of plays but was also quite wasteful, missing two big chances. His dribbling wasn't at its electric best and he lost possession 16 times. Not a bad performance, but we expect more from him.

Aurélien Tchouaméni - 7.5: The anchor that allowed everyone else to flourish. He was quietly dominant in midfield, winning his duels and passing with a 92% accuracy. A very composed and intelligent performance before being substituted.

Arda Güler - 8.0: The creative spark. He was a joy to watch, creating four chances and grabbing an assist for the third goal. He was constantly looking for that killer pass and drove at the Kairat defence. Lost possession a bit too often but his risk-taking paid off.

Dani Ceballos - 8.0: Ran the show from the middle of the park. Had 112 touches and completed 99 passes with 95% accuracy. He dictated the tempo of the entire game. A masterful midfield display, pure control.

Franco Mastantuono - 7.5: A very bright and impactful performance. He won the crucial penalty for the opening goal and was a constant nuisance to the opposition. He showed great technical skill and confidence for such a young player. A really promising display.

Forwards

Kylian Mbappé - 10: A perfect performance from the superstar. A clinical hat-trick, eight shots, and pure terror for the Kairat defence. He was unplayable. The penalty, the counter-attack finish, and the long-range strike showed his complete skillset. The highest-rated player on the pitch without a doubt.

Jude Bellingham - 7.0: Slotted in seamlessly and had a shot saved.

Rodrygo - 7.5: Came on and provided an assist for Camavinga's goal.

Manager

X. Alonso Olano - 9.0: His game plan was executed to perfection. The team selection was spot on, and Madrid controlled every single aspect of the game. His substitutions were perfect, with three of them contributing to goals. A tactical masterclass.
