Summary
Morocco delivered an absolute masterclass at the Stade Prince Moulay Abdallah, dismantling Niger in a completely one-sided affair. From our perspective, the match was effectively over inside the first half an hour. The 5-0 scoreline barely does justice to the dominance of the Atlas Lions.
What stood out to us was the moment the game turned on its head. Niger's Abdoul-Latif Djibril Goumey received his marching orders after a second yellow card in the 26th minute. From that point on, it was simply a matter of how many goals Morocco would score. They were ruthless in their execution.
Ismael Saibari was the star, bagging a quick-fire brace to put Morocco firmly in control. The goals just kept coming after that. Ayoub El Kaabi, and substitutes Hamza Igamane and Azzedine Ounahi all joined the party. It was a complete performance in this CAF World Cup Qualifiers fixture, showcasing their offensive firepower and tactical superiority.

Goalkeeper
Bono - 6.5: Essentially a spectator for the entire match. He was called upon to make just a single save all evening, which he handled with ease. It was an incredibly quiet night for the Moroccan shot-stopper. His distribution was tidy, but he was rarely tested. From our perspective, it's a difficult game to rate him in.

Defenders
Achraf Hakimi - 8.5: A phenomenal performance from the captain. He was a constant menace down the right flank, providing a superb assist and creating a big chance. His engine is simply world-class, and he spent most of the game in Niger's half. He also contributed defensively when needed. An all-action display.
Y. Belammari - 8.0: Hugely influential in his 67 minutes on the pitch. Providing two assists is a fantastic return for a defender. He created two big chances and his delivery from the left was a constant source of danger. It was a surprise to see him subbed, but his job was already done.
Nayef Aguerd - 7.5: He was not only composed at the back but also a threat going forward, grabbing an unlikely assist. Aguerd was dominant in the air and his five clearances helped snuff out any rare Niger foray. He even missed a big chance himself, showing his attacking intent. A great all-round game.
Adam Masina - 7.0: A very solid and reliable performance on the left side of the defense. While not as explosive as Hakimi, he fulfilled his defensive responsibilities impeccably. We noticed he won most of his aerial duels and made six clearances. He provided excellent balance to the backline.

Midfielders
Sofyan Amrabat - 8.0: A true midfield general. He completely dictated the tempo of the game from start to finish. With an incredible 98% pass accuracy on over 100 passes, Niger simply couldn't get near him. He broke up play and initiated attacks effortlessly. A masterful performance.
Ismael Saibari - 9.0: Unquestionably the man of the match. His two well-taken goals in the first half killed the game off. With four shots on target, he was a nightmare for the Nigerien defense whenever he got the ball. An absolutely electric performance full of energy and clinical finishing.
Brahim Díaz - 7.0: Showed wonderful flashes of his technical quality, linking up play between the midfield and attack. He was tidy in possession and drew defenders towards him, creating space for others. He wasn't as decisive as his attacking partners, but it was still a very good outing.
Eliesse Ben Seghir - 7.0: Incredibly lively on the wing, constantly looking to take on his man and deliver crosses. While his final product was sometimes lacking, his boundless energy was instrumental in pinning Niger back. He created a big chance and was a persistent threat.
Neil El Aynaoui - 7.0: The quiet hero in the middle of the park. He did the simple things brilliantly, keeping possession ticking over with a 98% pass accuracy. What stood out to us was his intelligent positioning and ability to draw fouls to relieve pressure. A very disciplined and effective display.

Ayoub El Kaabi - 7.5: Led the line superbly and got the goal his relentless work rate deserved. He was a physical presence that bothered the Nigerien center-backs all game. He missed one big chance but more than made up for it with his goal and overall contribution before being substituted.

Azzedine Ounahi - 7.5: Also got on the scoresheet with a fantastic strike from distance. The other substitutes,

Manager
W. Regragui - 8.5: His game plan was executed to perfection. The team was set up to attack from the first whistle and they ruthlessly exploited the man advantage. His substitutions were spot on, with two of them scoring. A flawless night for the manager.

Goalkeeper
Mahamadou Tanja - 7.0: It feels odd to give such a high rating to a goalkeeper who conceded five goals, but he was genuinely heroic. He made a staggering eight saves, many of which were from point-blank range. Without his interventions, Morocco could have easily hit double figures. He was let down by his defense.

Defenders
Rahim Alhassane - 5.0: A torrid evening for the defender. He was constantly targeted by Morocco's fluid attack and struggled to cope with their pace and movement. He lost possession ten times and was dribbled past, highlighting his difficult night. From our perspective, he was completely overwhelmed.
Oumar Sako - 5.5: He fought bravely against the Moroccan onslaught and made a few important tackles and clearances. However, he was part of a defensive unit that was disorganized and offered little resistance. He was constantly pulled out of position, trying to cover for others.
Philippe Boueye - 5.0: Looked completely lost at sea before being mercifully substituted after 64 minutes. He made five clearances but looked off the pace and struggled to handle the pressure from El Kaabi and the Moroccan midfield runners. A night to forget.
Camara Aboubacar - 5.5: Similar to his defensive partners, he was fighting a losing battle from the start. He won a respectable five duels and made three tackles, showing he didn't give up. Ultimately, though, he was part of a backline that was torn to shreds.

Midfielders
Youssouf Oumarou - 5.5: The captain tried his best to rally his troops but was left chasing shadows in midfield. He was overrun by the quality of Amrabat and Saibari. He worked hard but lost possession too often and couldn't get a foothold in the game.
Ali Mohamed - 5.0: The game completely passed him by. He was unable to make any significant impact before his substitution just after the hour mark. He had only 22 touches, showing how little he was involved in the proceedings.
Mamane Amadou Sabo - 5.5: Only played the first half and had a tough time. He made a couple of interceptions and tackles but struggled to get on the ball and influence the play. It was a difficult 45 minutes for the midfielder.

Forwards
Daniel Sosah - 6.0: He was completely isolated and starved of any real service. What stood out was his work rate; he fought for every ball and won six duels despite the lack of support. It was a thankless task, but he never stopped trying for his team.
Victorien Adebayor - 6.0: He had Niger's only meaningful shot on target in the entire game. Like his strike partner, he was left on an island, trying to create something out of nothing. He worked hard off the ball but had very little opportunity to show his quality.
Abdoul-Latif Djibril Goumey - 1.0: The villain of the match. His shocking lack of discipline, picking up two yellow cards in just 26 minutes, sabotaged his team's chances. His early dismissal was the defining moment of the game. A disastrous and unforgivable performance.

Substitutes
Ousseini Badamassi, Boureima Katkoré, and Boubacar Goumey all came on when the game was already lost. They tried to add some energy but were unable to change the course of the match against a rampant Morocco.

Manager
B. Zaki - 4.5: What could he possibly do? His entire game plan was thrown out the window by the early red card. His team looked dejected and lacked any semblance of structure after going a man down. A very tough day at the office for the Niger boss.
