Real Madrid were held to a 1-1 draw away from home against Osasuna, thanks to goals from Mbappe for the visitors and Budimir for the hosts. It was a disappointing result for the Los Blancos, as this is the third consecutive game without a win, which puts a dent in their title charge. The draw specialists Osasuna move to seventh, close to European spots.
Osasuna 1:1 Real Madrid Player Ratings: Los Blancos drop points once again as Bellingham sent off in first half

The hosts made just one starting change from their 1-1 draw at Mallorca last weekend. With injuries still an issue for Real Madrid and the Manchester City return game on his mind – Carlo Ancelotti makes three changes from the win at the Etihad Stadium with Garcia starting over Mendy in defence with Modric and Diaz replacing Ceballos and Rodrygo.
The game was off to an eventful start, with Vinicius Jr demanding a penalty after an alleged handball in the box by Osasuna’s defender. Minutes later, Kylian Mbappe put a delightful cross into the box to Vinicius, who failed to head it in.
Real Madrid opened the tally as Kylian Mbappe scored from point-blank range with a sliding finish, thanks to an excellent low cross from Valverde. Los Blancos continued to maintain pressure on the hosts, with the game flowing in one direction only. The first dangerous chance for the hosts came in the 28th minute, as Oroz attempted a grounded attempt from range, which was met with a good reflex save from Courtois.
There was a surprising twist to the tale, as Jude Bellingham got sent off after a verbal dispute with the referee escalated. With the visitors reduced to ten men, Osasuna tried to take advantage of the situation as Budimir’s attempt on target was heroically blocked by Asencio.
The hosts came out with added motivation to win in the second half and were willing to engage in dirty physical battles. Osasuna got a big chance to equalize as a fantastic cross from Zaragoza to Moncayola was pawed away by Courtois and the rebound was missed by Budimir, who was caught by Camavinga. After a long VAR check, a penalty was awarded to the hosts, which was converted calmly by Budimir himself.
Real Madrid then tried to chase for a goal but were struggling to create proper chances, despite Vinicius trying to make things happen. While the hosts used all five substitutions, Real Madrid made only one change. Osasuna held their nerves well till the end, as Real Madrid are known to score late winners. Here are Osasuna vs Real Madrid player ratings.
