Pisa Vs Juventus Player Ratings as Yildiz & Kalulu Goals Put Juventus Into Top 3 After Dismantling Pisa in a 2-0 Victory

Summary
Juventus secured a 2-0 victory over a struggling Pisa side in a tense Serie A encounter. The visitors were in control for large spells, dominating possession and creating the better chances throughout. However, they found it tough to break down a resolute home defense.
The deadlock was finally broken in the second half, but not in the way Juventus would have wanted. An unfortunate own goal from Arturo Calabresi in the 73rd minute gifted the lead to the visitors. It was a cruel blow for Pisa as they defended bravely up to that point. They even rattled the woodwork themselves through Stefano Moreo just before halftime.
What stood out was how Juventus never panicked. They kept probing and were eventually rewarded for their persistence. The game was put beyond doubt in stoppage time by the brilliant Kenan Yıldız, whose cool finish sealed the three points. It was a deserved win for L. Spalletti's men on the road. Here are Sportsdunia's Pisa vs Juventus player ratings.

Check out the Juventus player ratings for the Pisa vs Juventus fixture.
Goalkeeper
Michele Di Gregorio - 6.5: Had one of the quietest nights of his career. Pisa barely threatened his goal, so he was mostly a spectator. He did what was asked of him with the ball at his feet. A clean sheet is a clean sheet, a straightforward evening's work.
Defenders
Bremer - 6.5: A solid, if unspectacular, performance from the Brazilian. He was a beast in the air, winning most of his aerial duels and making five crucial clearances. We noticed he was a little loose in possession a couple of times but was never truly punished for it. Overall a decent outing.
Lloyd Kelly - 7.0: We were so sure he had scored in the second half. His powerful strike cannoned back off the woodwork, a moment of real bad luck. Defensively he was sound, although he did commit a few unnecessary fouls. A strong presence who contributed at both ends of the pitch.
Pierre Kalulu - 7.5: From our perspective, he was outstanding. The defender seemed to be everywhere, recovering the ball an incredible 10 times. He was strong in the tackle and read the game exceptionally well. A composed and commanding performance that was vital for the clean sheet.

Midfielders
Manuel Locatelli - 7.0: As captain, he dictated the tempo of the game for the first hour. His passing was crisp and he kept Juventus ticking over. The yellow card he picked up was a definite negative on his performance. He was substituted shortly after, having put in a solid shift.
Khéphren Thuram - 7.0: A really busy display in the engine room. He was constantly looking to get on the ball and drive forward, creating a couple of decent chances. What stood out was his willingness to do the defensive work too, making important recoveries. A tireless performance.
Weston McKennie - 7.0: An absolute workhorse. The American's energy was infectious, as he covered every blade of grass. He won a high number of duels and made three successful tackles. The only downside was his tendency to lose possession, which happened a bit too often for our liking.
Andrea Cambiaso - 7.5: He was a constant creative force for his team. His movement off the ball was intelligent, and he created two key chances for his teammates. We were impressed by his delivery from wide areas, which caused Pisa problems all night. A very effective performance before being subbed.
Forwards
Teun Koopmeiners - 6.0: This was a surprisingly quiet game for him. He struggled to find space and make his usual impact on the game. From our seat, he just looked a little off the pace. He was substituted with just under ten minutes to go after a forgettable evening.
Kenan Yıldız - 8.5: Without a doubt, the Man of the Match. The young forward was a livewire throughout, constantly taking on defenders and creating opportunities. His goal in stoppage time was the icing on the cake, a composed finish to seal the victory. A star performance and our highest-rated player.
Loïs Openda - 6.0: A really frustrating night for the striker. He was completely starved of service and only managed 16 touches in his 60 minutes on the pitch. The Pisa defense marshaled him well, and he couldn't get into the game at all. Rightly substituted.

Substitutes
Edon Zhegrova - 6.5: Looked bright after coming on, forcing a good save from the keeper.
Jonathan David - 6.0: Didn't have much of an impact after replacing Openda.
Filip Kostic - 6.0: Came on late to help see the game out.
Fabio Miretti - 6.0: A late change, didn't have time to influence the game.
João Mário - N/A: Came on in the final moments.
Manager
L. Spalletti - 7.5: His game plan worked perfectly. His team controlled the match and showed patience to get the win. The substitutions were timed well and helped maintain control. A very professional away victory orchestrated by the manager.

Goalkeeper
Adrian Semper - 7.5: He was absolutely brilliant. Despite conceding two goals, he made five saves to keep his team in the contest for as long as possible. He couldn't be faulted for the unlucky own goal or the well-taken second. A top performance under pressure.
Defenders
Antonio Caracciolo - 6.0: The captain fought like a lion at the back, making a number of important clearances. However, he struggled against the movement of the Juventus forwards and picked up a silly yellow card. It was a tough, battling performance in a losing effort.
Simone Canestrelli - 5.5: He was another who put his body on the line, making seven clearances. But what stood out to us was how easily he was beaten in his one-on-one duels. He looked stretched and struggled to cope with the quality of the opposition.
Arturo Calabresi - 4.5: A disastrous night for the defender. The own goal was the defining moment of the match, a moment of pure misfortune that broke his team's resistance. While he made some good interceptions, that single error proved incredibly costly. A performance to forget.

Midfielders
Samuele Angori - 5.5: His early yellow card really set the tone for his evening. He had to be cautious for the rest of his time on the pitch. He tried to get involved but was largely ineffective before being substituted after 65 minutes.
Mehdi Léris - 6.0: He showed some flashes of quality, even creating a big chance for his teammates. However, he was far too wasteful in possession, giving the ball away cheaply on multiple occasions. A mixed bag of a performance from him.
Idrissa Touré - 5.0: Physically, he competed well, winning a lot of headers. But on the ball, he was a liability. From our perspective, his passing was erratic and he lost possession a staggering 18 times. It just wasn't good enough at this level.
Michel Aebischer - 4.5: He was completely anonymous. The game seemed to pass him by entirely, as he struggled to get on the ball and make any sort of impact. He lost the majority of his duels and was a passenger for most of the match.
İsak Vural - 5.0: He was energetic and drew a few fouls, but his performance was marred by an error that led to a Juventus shot. He also picked up a yellow card for a clumsy challenge. It was a frustrating night for the youngster.
Forwards
Matteo Tramoni - 6.0: He was Pisa's biggest threat, hitting the woodwork and creating three chances. But his final product was often lacking, and he was guilty of losing the ball too often. A frustrating performance, as he showed glimpses of what he can do.
Stefano Moreo - 6.5: He was so unlucky not to score. His shot that hit the crossbar in the first half could have changed the entire complexion of the game. He worked hard up front but was often isolated and feeding off scraps. A thankless task.
Substitutes
Giovanni Bonfanti - 6.0: Came on but couldn't change the flow of the game.
Malthe Højholt - 6.0: Added some fresh legs but had little impact.
Lorran - N/A: A late substitute.
Marius Marin - N/A: Brought on for the final ten minutes.
Louis Buffon - N/A: Not enough time to make a difference.
Manager
A. Gilardino - 5.5: He set his team up to be difficult to beat, and for over 70 minutes, it worked. However, his side offered almost nothing going forward. His substitutions failed to change the momentum, and they ultimately succumbed to the pressure.
