SC Delhi 1-2 Mohun Bagan Player Ratings: Apuia 8.5/10 as the Mariners Come From Behind to Sink the Capital Side in a Gritty ISL Win

Mohun Bagan Super Giant showed exactly the character and collective quality that make them eternal Indian Super League title contenders, coming from behind at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium to claim a crucial 2-1 victory over SC Delhi that sends Panagiotis Dilmperis’ side to the top of the early standings with a result built on second-half resilience and individual brilliance.

Hnamte’s composed 23rd-minute finish had given Tomasz Tchorz’s Delhi the platform their energetic first-half pressing deserved, yet Mohun Bagan’s response after the restart was immediate and emphatic, with Erwin’s composed 56th-minute equaliser and Figueira’s clinical 60th-minute strike completing a four-minute turnaround that fundamentally reframed the entire contest.

Apuia was the quiet, authoritative engine behind everything Mohun Bagan produced, his midfield control, pressing intelligence, and distribution quality the defining foundation of a second-half performance that gave Delhi absolutely no reliable answer. The 8.5/10 rating reflects a complete display from the Indian international that underlines his growing importance to Dilmperis’ system. Check out the SC Delhi vs Mohun Bagan player ratings.
