Spanish club UD Las Palmas currently competes in the Segunda Division, the second tier of Spanish football, after their recent relegation from La Liga in the 2024-25 season. Being one of the oldest Spanish clubs, they were founded in 1949 as a merger between five local clubs in the Canary region. While Las Palmas trophies are not much to show the club’s rich history, Las Palmas have won the Segunda Division four times and have also won the Segunda Division B twice. As for Las Palmas La Liga titles, they have not found any success in the highest division so far and have been runners-up in the competition once. Las Palmas Copa del Rey titles are also empty in their trophy cabinet as the club has managed to reach the final once in their history. Despite winning many titles, Las Palmas is the only Spanish club to win back-to-back promotions to La Liga in its first two seasons.
