Current Tottenham Hotspur Manager: Thomas Frank
On Thursday, 12th June 2025, Tottenham Hotspur made the introduction of Thomas Frank as Tottenham Hotspur Manager official. He will be the head coach on a contract that will run until 2028.
When it comes to the Premier League, Thomas Frank is one of the respected managers in the league due to his extensive experience, especially his tenure with Brentford after he joined the Bees back in 2016. He was instrumental in transforming the club to be one of the established Premier League sides. Over the years, he has always exceeded expectations with the Bees, something that the Lilywhites believe is needed in a Tottenham Hotspur manager.
Thomas Frank was born on 9th October 1973, making him 51 years old as of July 2025. The Danish international had a brief playing career and never had the chance to turn professional. He was a midfielder for his hometown team, Frederiksvaerk, back in Denmark. While he was a decent midfielder, his focus was never on becoming a pro. Instead, he was more inclined toward coaching development.
From 2008 to 2013, Thomas Frank developed the youth national teams of Denmark. Following that, he was hired for a senior managerial role from 2013 to 2016 for Brondby IF, where he pretty much shone and introduced himself to the world as one of the best up-and-coming managers.
It was after his tenure with Borndby IF, Frank joined Brentford as an assistant coach back in 2016. While he was assigned as the assistant coach, he was promoted as the head coach in October 2018. From then on, he has made amazing strides with Brentford. From Premier League promotion to making the Bees a consistent force in the league, his heroics with Brentford attracted attention from North East London.
Frank put pen to paper for Tottenham on 12 June 2025 and signed a contract that will see him as the Tottenham Hotspur manager till 2028. While it is too early for the achievements of Thomas Frank with Tottenham, as the season hasn't started yet, there is no doubt that the expectations from Thomas Frank and the Tottenham Hotspur coaching staff are high.
