Although the BGMI 4.3 update release date is not yet official, judging from the previous trends and mainly as per Krafton's reports, the BGMI 4.3 update might be arriving on March 16, 2026. From superpowers to new themed cities and new weapons, the BGMI 4.3 update is looking good to revolutionise the battle royale experience on smartphones (both Android and iOS).

BGMI 4.3 Update Features

All the new features coming alongwith the BGMI 4.3 update have been revealed from the beta testing servers. And this time, you will feel the changes even before you enter the spawn island. The home UI will see some changes in colour and texture. After entering the spawn island, you will get to select specific superpowers (one for each squad member).

You will be able to upgrade these superpowers through 4 levels during the course of the match. These superpowers will come disguised as specialisations: Vehicle, Detection, Healing, Combat, and Recon.

The BGMI 4.3 update will also see the revamp of four iconic Erangel cities: Pochinki, Georgpool, Mylta, and Mansion. These cities will become specific theme-based spots. The hot spots in the map will see a 'White Wall'. If you drop into these locations, not only will you get extra hp and recall, but your character will also heal.

In addition to all these, a new sniper rifle, the M1 Garand, is going to make way in the game. It will be an automatic sniper rifle with a built-in melee weapon, using which you can attack enemies in close range.
