India is back in action at the biggest Battle Royale eSports event, the PUBG Mobile Global Championship (PMGC) 2025! Team Orangutan, winners of the BMSD (Battlegrounds Mobile Showdown Series) 2025, are the first official team from India to make it to the PMGC Gauntlet stage. There are still two more Indian teams hoping to qualify for PMGC 2025 through the BMIC 2025. The Battlegrounds Mobile International Cup is a great opportunity for the Indian region to secure more spots at the PMGC.

This is the second time Indian teams are stepping into the PMGC. Last time, it was Godlike eSports representing India back in 2021. BMIC 2025 is offering 2 PMGC slots, one for each stage. The tweet also disclosed the official schedule of BMIC 2025. This tournament is going to be played for 3 days, starting on October 31st, 2025. You can expect to see some fierce BGMI action as the tournament includes the likes of the reigning PMGC Champions Team Reject from Japan, PMPS 2025 Champions Team Dplus and BMSD champions Team Orangutan. BMIC 2025 is going to be played between 31st October 2025 to 2nd November 2025. The three days of action will see a total of 18 matches. Each day, the 16 qualified teams will play 6 matches each on the maps of Erangle, Miramar and Rondo. The winner of BMIC 2025 will directly qualify for the PMGC 2025 Gauntlet round, and the runner-up will get a slot in the PMGC 2025 group stage. The total prize pool of the event is 1 crore INR.
