BGMS 2025 Semifinals Day 1: Overall Standings & Star Performances

The Battleground Mobile India Series has reached its penultimate stage. The first day of the semi-finals saw a total of 16 teams compete in four matches. These matches were played on three maps: Erangle, Miramar and Sanhok. All the matches saw a different team pick up the decisive winner, winner, winner, chicken dinner. The semi-finals are stacked with high-profile teams like Hero Xtreme Godlike, iQOO Orangutan and 8bit eSports. The second day of the semifinals will be held on September 11th, 2025.

BGMS 2025 semifinals day 1 saw some of the underperforming teams from the league stages lead the overall standings. The lobby consisted of 12 BGMS Master League teams and 4 teams from the Challengers series. The top 12 teams from the semi-finals round will qualify for the Grand Finals, which is scheduled this weekend from September 12th to 14th, 2025.

Day 1 of BGMS 2025 started on a positive note for MYG Los Hermanos as they stunned everyone with an 8-finish WWCD. The second match was played in the deserts of Miramar, and Infinix True Rippers dominated it with 11 finish points. The third match saw the rise of One Plus K9 eSports, who took home the chicken dinner with 14 finishes. BGMS 2025 Semi Finals Day 1 Star Performers

Team Infinix True Rippers players dominated the lobby on day 1 of the BGMS 2025 semi-finals. Two of the team's players received the MVP honours in two matches. InfinixTrHydro was the star of the first match with 6 finishes, while InfinixTrJelly became the MVP of the second match with 6 finishes in his kitty. Hunterz from Team Genesis became the star performer in match three on Sanhok with 6 finishes and 78% finish contributions to his team. NinjaBoi from OneplusK9 eSports was the best player in the last match of the day. He had 4 finishes in total.

The second day of the semi-finals will be the final chance for these 16 teams to earn themselves a slot in India's biggest unofficial BGMI tournament. All the teams need to perform at their best to stand a chance of finishing in the top 12.
