Summary
The BMIC 2025 witnessed some epic BGMI action from the South Korean giants Team DRX. Team DRX not only won BMIC 2025 but dominated it. Their gameplay proved that they were miles ahead of other teams in terms of gungame and tactics. Team DRX not only had the most chicken dinners out of the 16 teams, but also had the position points. They won the event with a total of 166 points. Two players from DRX also received individual honours. While Hyunbin was the MVP of BMIC 2025, DRX's leader Qxzz was the best IGL of the tournament.
BMIC Champions Team DRX also secured the much-coveted PMGC 2025 gauntlet slot. It became the second South Korean team to qualify for the marquee PUBG Mobile Global event, following DPlus Kia. This was the third pole finish for Team DRX in an 'A-tier' tournament (as per Liquipedia). DRX came into the tournament as the dark horses, under the shadows of the former PMGC Champions D Plus Kia, but proved that there were no pushovers. Our team got in conversation with the best IGL of BMIC 2025, DRX QX, after their historic triumph. DRX Qx shared his emotions, his takeaways and hopes moving forward to PMGC 2025.

Question: How was your overall experience of BMIC? Talk us through your emotions after you realised you won the event.
It was a good experience overall, and we won a lot of chicken dinners, which is obviously great. I feel both me and my team did our best.
Team DRX secured the most WWCD out of all the 16 teams. They won three matches and secured a total of 166 points, which was 29 more than the second-placed Infinix True Rippers, who secured only 137 points.
Question: Which Indian teams impressed you the most, and what are your thoughts on the Indian region?
What I think is that in terms of aggressiveness, the Indian team that left the impression was definitely Team Soul. When it comes to position, team True Rippers (TR) has ended with DRX on the podium. These two teams are left in my mind.
Team Soul had secured the third-highest finish points out of the Indian teams. They had 79 finish points in their kitty. Team Infinix True Rippers were the second team to qualify for PMGC after they finished BMIC 2025 in second position.

Question: How satisfied are you with Hyunbin's performance, and is he ready for PMGC now?
The performance put up by Hyunbin is something that cannot be easily emulated by other players across the entire region. He definitely seems ready for PMGC 2025.
Hyunbin was the most valuable player of BMIC. Hyunbin finished with a 3.00 MVP rating with 28 finishes, 27 knocks and total damage of 5007. He was not only the highest finisher but also the berserker of BMIC 2025.
BMIC Champions are now ready to take on the best teams in the world at PMGC 2025. The tournament will kick off on November 24th with the Gauntlet stage. It will be followed by 2 more stages: the Group Stage and the Last Chance. The grand finals will be played between December 12 and 14th, 2025. The S-tier (as per Liquipedia) tournament will be hosted in Thailand.
