Sirius Attack: Binary Starr

Initial Damage | 600-1200 |
Range | 8 (Long) |
Reload Speed | 1.7 second (Normal) |
The Binary Starr attack of Sirius is one of the most unique in this game. This is a long-range attack that launches two projectiles where you are aiming. Sirius shoots two projectiles on every attack. First is the Shadow Strike, a single bullet that goes on a straight line and hits a single target. The second is the Starr Bomb, a bomb that you can lob to deal damage to all enemies in an AoE effect.
As such, he deals varying damage with each attack, depending on whether both these projectiles hit the enemy or not. Moreover, Sirius will collect Shadows of enemy Brawlers with every fourth hit. He will also collect up to three different enemy shadows.
Sirius Super: Shadow Summon

Shadow Damage | 55% |
| Shadow Health | 70% |
Shadow Summon is the super ability of Sirius. When you activate this ability, Super will create three shadowy clones of up to three enemies. These clones have 55% of the original Brawler's attack power and 70% of their total health. They also retain their normal attack patterns. You can either tap the Super button to spawn these clones around you or aim at enemies to make your shadows chase them.
It's important to note that you might spawn only one or two shadows if you failed to collect three shadows. Moreover, a maximum of six shadows can be on the field. Spawning any more will despawn the previous ones.

Best Sirius Build Brawl Stars
Now that you know what Sirius does, it's time to see what the Sirius best build Brawl Stars are. You will be able to try this best build for Sirius Brawl Stars after he is officially released on the next Brawl Stars update.
Sirius Star Power

Sirius has two Star Powers. They are:
| Star Power | Description |
| Dusk Runners | Shadows have +15% movement speed |
| The Darkest Starr | Each hit with a Shadow Strike counts as two to collect Brawler shadows instead of one |
While both these Star Powers are pretty useful, I believe the The Darkest Starr Sirius Star Power will prove to be the most useful in most situations. Since getting four hits on a target to collect their shadow is easier said than done, this star power will help you do so more quickly and consistently.
Sirius Gadgets

Sirius has two gadgets to choose from. They are:
| Gadgets | Description | Cooldown |
| A Starr is Born | Sirius fires a projectile that summons a shadow on hit. It also slows down attack speed of hit target by 30% for three seconds | 17 seconds |
| Master of Shadows | Summoned shadows return to Sirius to get healed by 50% of their health | 13 seconds |
Out of these two options, the best Sirius build in Brawl Stars will benefit more from having the A Starr is Born gadget. Since your super summons three shadows, you can simultaneously use this gadget to summon an additional one. Moreover, this Sirius Gadget can also be used defensively since the shadow can block you from enemy attacks when you have low health. This lets you survive longer since you also lower their attack speed.
Sirius Gears
Gear | Description |
|---|---|
Speed | Gain 15% movement speed in bushes. |
Vision | Reveal enemies for 2 seconds after dealing damage. |
Health | Recover health 50% more effectively |
Shield | Gain a shield with 900 HP. After breaking, it regenerates after 10 seconds when at full health. |
Damage | Deal 15% extra damage when your health drops below 50%. |
Gadget Cooldown | Reduce Gadget Cooldown by 15%. |
From these six Sirius gears, the best Sirius build Brawl Stars will benefit the most from having the Shield and Damage Gears. They will be the best since Sirius can be a squishy character if targeted by enemy assassins, helping him survive ambushes.
Sirius Hypercharge

There is only one Sirius Hypercharge called Unlimited Power. This ability increases the attack power and health of all your shadows along with making them bigger in size. Therefore, the best time to activate your Hypercharge is just before using your super ability.
How to Play Sirius Like a Pro?

Therefore, it's best to use him to take control of objective locations or lanes on the map while putting constant pressure.
To become a better Sirius player, you must know two things. They are:
Sirius Best Game Modes
Since Sirius is a long-range character with great zoning abilities, he will shine the most in these following game modes:
- Gem Grab
- Heist
- Hot Zone
- Brawl Ball
- Brawl Hockey
- Basket Brawl
Sirius is pretty weak and will not be a good pick in these game modes:
- Showdown
- Knockout
- Bounty
Sirius Counters and Matchups
Tanks and assassins will be his main weaknesses. You'll be in trouble if brawlers with high attack power come close to you since they can out-damage Sirius in a 1v1 fight. As such, keep an eye out for characters like Edgar and Shade since they are perfect counters to Sirius. It's best to keep tanks and other supporters as your allies to help Sirius stay alive longer and get enough shots to charge his super.
His best teammates, matchups (good against), and counters (weaknesses) across all game modes are:
Best Teammates for Sirius | Best Matchups for Sirius | Best Counters for Sirius |
|---|---|---|
| Berry | Piper | Jacky |
| Tick | Belle | Amber |
| Nina | Janet | Edgar |
| Poco | Angelo | Bibi |
| Glowbert | Barley | Kaze |
