Supercell finally revealed the new Brawl Stars Trophy System Update that aims to change the way players will get rewarded for earning Trophies in the game. This update will be rolled out through a Brawl Stars maintenance break on February 24, 2026. The developers recently announced some changes that will be coming with this update, with the rest to be revealed through the upcoming Brawl Stars February 2026 Brawl Talk.

Brawl Stars Trophy System Update (February 2026): Everything Announced So Far

Supercell developers recently posted on X that the next Trophy System Update will go live through a maintenance patch on February 24, 2026. This is the second major revamp of the year, after the Brawl Stars Brawl Pass rework. While some core information regarding the major changes to the Brawl Stars new Trophy System will be revealed later on the next Brawl Stars Brawl Talk next month, here's a list of all the information they shared:

• Removal of the Trophy Box and Trophy Season systems.
• Players will receive their final seasonal Trophy Box reward based on the total number of trophies they earn next season (February 2026 Brawlentines Season).
• All players will earn an Ultra Trophy Box after the Trophy System Update goes live.
• You can earn an additional Ultra Trophy Box if you cross 3,000 seasonal trophies next month.
• All forms of Trophy Boxes will still appear as Community Event rewards.
• All Brawlers with 1,000+ trophies will be reset back to 1,000 trophies.

What's Next For the Brawl Stars Trophy System Update?

All the Brawl Stars Trophy System changes will be introduced to reinforce three core concepts that the developers have been following. They are:

• A new system that encourages players to push for more trophies each season.
• Dedicated and skilled players will be fairly rewarded for their efforts with a brand new Brawler Title (more information next week).
• Updating the MMR (Matchmaking Rating) system to ensure you play against other similarly skilled players.
• A new “Resource Rush” mode that will reward players with valuable resources free Coins in Brawl Stars, Power Points, and Credits.

Brawl Stars Trophy System Update: Changes Made to Buffies

In addition to Brawl Stars new Trophy System, changes will be made to the way players will earn Buffies in Brawl Stars, which players have complained about a lot. These changes are as follows:

• Buffies will be rewards from seasonal Mega Quests (currently in development).
• All players will get a free Buffie for every new Claw Machine.
• All players can purchase a random Buffie for 78 Gems in Brawl Stars.
• Buffies will also be available through the Resource Rush event.
