In the video, we can see a clip from the Chinese version of COD Mobile Season 11. Several weapons are being reloaded with the ADS on.

How does the COD Mobile ADS Reload Mechanic actually work?

According to the test server video, the ADS Reload in COD Mobile allows players to reload their respective weapons without exiting the aim-down-sight mode. In simple words, they can keep their scopes open even while performing a reload animation, similar to the latest mainline Call of Duty titles.
