You Can Now Vote to Ban Cards in Clash Royale Chaos Mode

Summary
Supercell recently stated on X that you can now choose cards to ban from the currently ongoing Clash Royale Chaos Mode. This new game mode quickly cemented itself as a fan-favorite. Players praised the Chaos Modifier system and its implications for every match. Since the season began, many players have wanted some changes to shake up the monotony a bit as you play more Chaos Mode matches. As such, the developers are now giving you the options to ban cards in Clash Royale Chaos Mode, which we will explain below.
Clash Royale Chaos Mode Card Bans: How to Ban Cards?
Since there are 50 usable cards in this game mode, you can vote for one of them to get banned from this mode until the season ends. On Monday, March 30, 2026, the developers will tally all the votes and ban the three most-voted cards.
All you need to do is open the post above and open the Clash Royale Discord channel link as stated in the X post above. From there, you can vote for the card you wish to ban after logging in with your Supercell ID. You can only choose one card to ban from 50 cards, which you can also do from your computer after learning how to play Clash Royale on PC.
Which Cards Should You Ban in Clash Royale Chaos Mode?

We recommend not banning cards necessary to get all three secret Clash Royale Chaos Badges. It's possible that many players haven't done so already. As such, don't ban these cards since they are a must for getting one of the three badges:
- Goblin Hut
- Mortar
- Rocket
- Wizard
Apart from these, you can ban Clash Royale Chaos Mode cards that you don't like playing against. Some of them are overpowered modifiers that can be too difficult to counter. This can make it annoying for you to go up against decks using those cards and their most powerful modifiers. As such, we recommend banning some overpowered cards like:
- Dart Goblin: His Shocking Gum modifier is one of the most powerful in the game since it lets him be a faster and cheaper Sparky that deals massive damage with every hit.
- Golem: The Twin Golem modifier and the Deflect projectiles modifier make him nigh unstoppable in many situations.
- X-Bow: The X-Bow's Radical Range modifier increases his range by 50% (massive buff), along with its Shocking Dart modifier turning each arrow hit into a powerful Sparky Hit like the Dart Goblin's modifier.
- Baby Dragon: This troop's Gargantuan Fireball modifier turns each of its attacks into Fireball attacks, which do a ton of damage to all enemies.
- Inferno Tower: This tower can become way overpowered with its The Unbalanced Beam modifier that lets it do max damage the moment its beam hits the enemy.
Now that you know how to ban cards in Clash Royale Chaos Mode, it's time for you to vote for your choice and hope for it to be banned. We also recommend you check out our list of the best Clash Royale Chaos Mode decks that are the most fun to play with.
