Clash Royale Drops Cryptic Teaser, Community Thinks Dark Prince Hero Is Coming

Clash Royale always teases its new cards a few days before they are officially released. Before the Hero Balloon and the Minion Horde Evolution were officially revealed, they were teased a few days before through images and videos on social media. As such, it seems they have done it again, as the community is reacting frantically to the news of the Clash Royale new Hero teased.

Clash Royale New Hero Teased

Clash Royale recently shared a post on X, apparently giving us a sneak peek at the new Hero coming next season. The post shows a race in which a rhino has overtaken the Hog Rider, the Ram Rider, and a pony that resembles that of the Prince or the Dark Prince.

The most important aspect of this image is undoubtedly the rhino with a golden horn. This rhino was first teased in the last episode of Clash Royale TV Royale March 2026.

In this video, we see the new Hero Balloon and the Minion Horde Evolution being revealed with a circle around them. The scene also shows a hilly area, with the rhino's face and a golden horn shown beside it. The same rhino that appears in the post above might also refer to the ongoing anime Jojo's Bizarre Adventure: Steel Ball Run.

The community believes it refers to the Hero Witch since she holds the staff with a skull on top. Moreover, previously released battle banners showed the silhouettes of many troops together, almost all of which have received Hero variants except the Witch. As such, many believed that the Hero Witch might be the next Hero coming in Clash Royale Season 83.

The Clash Royale balance changes for May 2026 surfaced recently, revealing that the Dark Prince Clash Royale will be nerfed, reducing his hit speed by 7%. Many believe this was a deliberate change to make the power of its Hero variant closer to its standard counterpart.

Therefore, we might get Hero Dark Prince as the new Clash Royale Hero. Moreover, the Dark Prince Clash Royale wears darker armor and seems to have a similar color to the rhino. When the full picture is revealed, we might see the Hero Dark Prince commanding the rhino to charge forward while he's still riding his pony (appears at the far right of the image).

Will We Get Two New Clash Royale Heroes Next Season?

While the Clash Royale new Hero teased might be the Hero Dark Prince, the picture above also shows two Hero Coins beside the rhino. That hints towards having two different Heroes next season. It is similar to when we got two new Heroes every month in December 2025, January 2026, and February 2026.

We could get another Hero alongside the Hero Dark Prince. It might be the Hero Witch or the Hero Prince. The arrival of the Hero Prince is more likely since it makes sense that both brothers receive new abilities in a season themed after them.
