Farlight 84 Season 1 Full Breakdown: New Items, Guns, Modes & More

Farlight 84 Season 1 is set to enter a new chapter with the arrival of Weaver of Wonders. This update brings new content from a mystical hero and floating battlegrounds to new weapons, game modes, and the long-awaited execution system. Here’s what’s coming in this big update.

Farlight 84 Season 1 Update: New Hero Jue Chen, the Daoist Weaver

The new season is launching on October 16, 2025. Leading the update is Jue Chen, a support hero with powers based on Yin and Yang. This Daoist master uses talismans and calligraphy to control the battlefield in tactical ways.
Her Q skill, Yang Healing, gives an area heal and speed boost for allies. It’s also the only skill that can revive downed teammates directly, a big advantage during fights. Her E skill, Yin Destruction, causes a delayed explosion that weakens enemies, setting up her Ultimate Yin Yang Inversion.
When activated, Jue Chen pulls a marked enemy into her Dark Realm, isolating them for a duel where no skills can be used. It adds a new layer of gameplay for clutch moments. Farlight 84 Skyland Map: The Floating Battlefield

The central aspect of the update is the Skyland, a floating battlefield based on the mirages of ancient China. It floats above the Sunder Realms and Nextera, but it is not an entirely separate map; it's a living battlefield that can be randomly introduced during matches.
Players can arrive at Skyland using teleport devices and find vaults, scanners, and Buddy-matic terminals. However, with increased rewards comes increased risk. Skyland is usually a hotbed of fights. Once the timer runs out, all players are teleported back to the main battlefield. Staying on task and secure is important; every second counts.

New Execution System, New Tactical Weapon, and Attachments

With the Farlight 84 Weaver of Wonders update, we introduce the new Execution System, where heroes can execute finishers on downed enemies. Each hero has an execution move, and players will receive a small buff effect upon execution. While these are purely aesthetic, they are also a heroic element, adding an additional layer of reward and pressure in close-fighting situations.
A new seasonal tactical weapon called Shuri Cards joins the game. Shuri Cards are shuriken-like weapons exclusive to Evo Raid mode. The shuriken-like weapons have unlimited ammo and charge to hit far harder than a standard fast throw. Players can use them to be fast at throwing them or heavy by making charged strikes.
Weapon attachments also get upgrades:

• 1x Target Enhancement Sight: Highlights visible enemies.
• Variable Scope (6–10x): Ideal for long-range shooting.
• Level 5 Shotgun Choke: Tightens pellet spread and auto-reloads after a knockdown.

New Buddies, Upgrades, Game Modes, and Events

Two new Buddies join the action this season Splatfish and Panda Pond. Splatfish creates damaging puddles that slow enemies, making it perfect for area control and defensive plays. Panda Pond, a special collaboration with Sichuan Tourism, is a cheerful companion that periodically drops random supplies, providing players with extra loot and surprises during matches.

In addition to these newcomers, existing Super Buddies such as Nimbus and Calamurky have also received significant upgrades. Their enhanced durability, mobility, and tactical abilities offer players fresh strategic options to adapt to any combat scenario.
Two new modes are also coming:

• Evo Raid (6v6): Teams upgrade weapons after each elimination. The final weapon is the Shuri Cards.
• Area Conflict: Coming later in the season, it’s an 18-player mode focused on capturing zones.

Events like Faction Clash, Dream Team, and Nextara Traveler will reward free skins, trails, and avatar frames.

Battle Pass and Skins

The Weaver of Wonders Battle Pass features:

• Legendary Dreamweaver Skin for Momoi

• Epic Skin for Speedy

• Legendary SMG Skin for Victor

Also, the Astral Abyss M4 Mythic Skin, inspired by black holes, and Forge of Dreams bundles with upgradable skins for heroes and weapons. Later in the season, Shining Star and Light and Shadow skins for Michelle, Ling Bo, and Beau will be released.

Leaderboards and Titles

Competitive play now has separate leaderboards for PC and mobile. Rank Titles are also added, not new ranks, but achievements players can show off with region tags.
