EWC 2025 Free Fire Format

Knockout Stage: (July 16-18)

• All 18 teams will be divided into three groups, with each group consisting of six teams.
• Each group has to play a total of 12 matches in the group stage.
• The top 12 teams will claim their spot in the next stage, which is Points Rush.

Point Rush: (July 19)

• The top 12 teams from the previous stage have to play six matches.
• The teams will get head start points based on their rankings in each match.
• Teams placing in 1st, 2nd, and 3rd rank will get 12, 9, and 8 points, respectively. The pattern will continue, and the team placed last will receive 0 points.
• The head start points from this stage will be continued to the next stage.

Grand Finals: (July 20)

• The top 12 teams from the Points Rush stage will battle in a match-point format. This is a dynamic format made to ensure the final champion.
• Teams will start from the head start points in the previous stage and will be rewarded points for kills and placement per match.
• A target point threshold is set for the finals, and the first team to reach that threshold is crowned the champion.

A total of 18 teams from all over the world will participate in the Free Fire tournament of the Esports World Cup 2025. So far 14 teams have qualified for the event. EWC 2025 Free Fire Prize Pool

The prize pool of the whole Esports World Cup 2025 is a startling amount of $70 million, which means each event will be distributed a handsome amount for their winners, MVPs, and more. The total prize pool for the Free Fire event is $1 million.
