Honkai Star Rail 4.1: Patch notes, New character, Free rewards, and more

Honkai Star Rail 4.1v is finally live, and along with that Ashveil is here with his goofiness. The current patch of HSR 4.1v will continue the Trailblazer Quest where it ended in the previous version, along with multiple new events, and gameplay modes have been added. Honkai Star Rail 4.1 update patch notes and more

In the HSR 4.1 update patch notes, HoYoverse has revealed what we should expect for the entire 4.1 version of the game. So let's check those details out without wasting further time.

New Story/ Trailblaze Quest

A brand new Trailblaze Quest is available which can be accessed once you update your game. This quest is permanently available after this version ends, so even new players who plan to join the Astral Express in future versions will be able to enjoy the story. To start this quest players would have to complete the previous Trailblazer Quest “Planarcadia”-"The indifference of Those Who Yet Live".

New Character Debut in HSR 4.1V

In this version, we will get to see the debut of Ashveil, a new 5-star Lightning Hunt Path character who is here to shock his way up to the Honkai Star Rail Tier List. He even has a unique gameplay mechanic that lets him deal Lightning damage through follow-up attacks, which is uncommon for Hunt Path characters. Alongside the story expansion, Version 4.1 also introduces new endgame content like the Divergent Universe expansion featured in Honkai: Star Rail 4.1 Arcadian Chronicle, which adds fresh roguelike mechanics and progression systems

New Light Cones

This version is also going to see two new 5-star Light Cones, one of which is the signature Light Cone of Ashveil, “The Finale of a Lie”, while the other 5-star LC will be an Elation one which you can redeem from the Herta Store. The Elation LC will be known as “Elation Brimming With Blessings”.

Both of these LCs are amazing options for your Hunt and Elation Path characters, so pair them accordingly.

New Areas to Explore

The 4.1v HSR update added two more exclusive Planarcadia locations that need to be explored.

Lookout Cloud Station and Pearluxe Tower, are the two new locations where mysteries are waiting to be revealed, and new chests that should reward you with a lot of Stellar Jades. Make sure you enjoy the scenery while exploring these regions.

Major Update to Divergent Universe

The recent HSR update has brought major updates to the Divergent Universe. The new content for Divergent Universe can be accessed after you have updated the game, and to unlock the feature players would have to clear Simulated Universe: World 3.

New In-game Events in Honkai Star Rail 4.1v

In the 4.1 version of HSR, players would be able to participate in various in-game events which would reward them handsomely if they managed to reach certain goals.

One of those events is Wispae War Saga. In this event, Graphia Academy has been taken over by Chaos, where danger is lurking at every corner of the school. Now it's up to you and your Wispae Army to reclaim the peace. Another Event is the Gift of Odyssey, which is a log-in event to claim Special Star Rail Passes, which later can be used to pull on your favourite characters and Light Cone.
